This system is more than just a passion project; it’s an all-in, inspiring venture to help small business grow that has changed my life for the better.
My Origin Story
probably looks a lot like yours. I had achieved so much – a prestigious education in engineering, an illustrious career with the Navy, and numerous opportunities to travel – but I still felt stuck. Things were going well on paper… maybe even above average? However, I knew that the organization’s performance wasn’t living up to expectations.
I wanted to manage operations well and keep projects on track while wanting more time at home with friends and family. But no matter how hard I worked, I was constantly spinning my wheels and tiring myself out.
Then I had the spark of an idea. Maybe my work ethic wasn’t the problem…
I needed to rewrite the entire process. I needed systems!
In 2019, I Launched The Process Hacker
to document my discoveries and help other businesses along the way. It’s difficult to commit time for working on the business when you already feel overwhelmed and overworked. But I knew that this investment in growth would pay off in the long run.
Every day, I focused on researching, exploring, testing, and tracking a new operational hack, tool, or habit. Many things didn’t work for my organization, and I failed more times than I can count, but eventually, I found my rhythm and started seeing results.
There’s a lot of bogus information out there and ‘filler’ advice that looks good at first glance, but simply fails to make an impact. I put everything that I learned to work and developed a practical, proven system that brought (previously) unattainable goals within reach!
Suddenly, I Had More…
more projects done on time, more energy and motivation to tackle new growth initiatives, more dedication to achieve long-term goals, and more clarity about the vision of where my business was going.
The Process Hacker gave me more.
In 2020, I shifted my focus from working on my own business to helping other small business owners streamline and optimize. My business operations consulting clients have made unbelievable progress, and their dedication is a daily inspiration to me and those around them.
